1. Delay Policy
If there is a delay from our side , you get instant reject if you want
2. Video Proof Still Locked
We require a video proof to confirm that the device is still locked.
We have noticed that some customers request refunds after their phones are already unlocked. When we ask for proof that the device is still locked, they do not respond.
Why don’t we Just instant reject in all cases?
1. Temporary Password Policy
Before placing an order, you agreed and confirmed that this is not an auto-unlock service.
You must enter the temporary password provided, which is valid for two hours only.
If you receive the password but You Are Late, the issue is from your side
In this case, we cannot approve a rejection. However, you may request a new password For Free
2. “Two hours is too short time”
this is the only available solution for now.
At least We provide a clear arrival time (Between 16:00–18:00 China Time), not a random delivery time.
If this time is not convenient for you (for example, if you are sleeping during that period), please do not place an order.
In Short:
1-don't place order if you are not serious and ready
2-Reject possible if delayed or password not working
